This document sets out all the terms and rules that apply to using the bdok7 platform — from account registration to payments and responsible gaming.

1 Introduction & General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bdok7 platform ("Platform", "Website") and its user ("you", "member"). bdok7 is an online betting and casino platform that provides services for players in Bangladesh.

By using our website, registering an account, or participating in any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on bdok7, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of age at any time.

For persons aged 21 and above only. If this condition is violated, bdok7 reserves the right to immediately close the account and withhold any deposited funds.

2.2 Registration Terms

When registering an account, you must:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information.
  • Operate only one account per person.
  • Make transactions in your own name and using your own payment method.
  • Keep your account password and login details secure.
  • Notify us if any of your information changes.

2.3 Account Verification

bdok7 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time (such as a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence). Failure to complete verification may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

If multiple members of the same household use the same device or internet connection, they may each have a separate account, but may be asked to provide proof of their relationship.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bdok7 is ৳500. We currently accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

  • Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
  • Additional verification may be required in cases of suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency & Transactions

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Minor exchange differences may occur due to the use of third-party processors, for which bdok7 is not responsible.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdok7 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Or if you deposit ৳8,000, you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳13,000.

This bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit plus bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds (৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Meeting the wagering requirements before cashing out any bonus is mandatory.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
  • bdok7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • Attempting to take advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
  • bdok7 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.

4.4 VIP Program

The bdok7 VIP Program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher tiers based on their playing activity. Contact the bdok7 support team for details on the specific benefits of each tier.

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Playing games using bots or automated software.
  • Interfering with or attempting to hack the platform's software.
  • Operating multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Fraudulent collusion with other members.
  • Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

In the event of any of the above rule violations, bdok7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close the account, cancel any earned bonuses, and review all transactions.

5.3 Game Results

The outcome of all games on bdok7 is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). We regularly review our gaming systems to ensure fair play. If you have any concerns about a game result, please contact the support team.

6 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the bdok7 website — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and other elements — is protected as the intellectual property of bdok7 and its licensors.

  • Copying, distributing, or using any content without prior written permission from bdok7 is prohibited.
  • Browsing the website for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
  • The game software provided is licensed for use on the website only.

7 Privacy & Data Protection
